Quotes & orders
Submitting files requests a quotation and does not place a paid order. We review your requirements before publishing a quote. Confirm the current quote, manufacturing specifications, quantity and shipping address before placing an order. The published quote states the price in USD, payment terms, delivery terms and validity period.
Bank transfers and PayPal payments are verified by staff. Reporting payment on the website does not confirm that funds have arrived. Estimated shipping is identified in the quote; excluded shipping requires a separate agreement. Production timing follows the agreed quotation and confirmation of payment and manufacturing details.
Request changes, cancellations or support in the project messages before work proceeds. Changes may require a new quote. Cancellation and refund arrangements depend on the work and procurement already agreed or completed; contact staff to agree the resolution.
Files & confidentiality
Upload only files you have the right to provide. You retain ownership of your designs. Your project files and contact details are used to review requirements, source parts, manufacture, deliver and support your order. Relevant manufacturing information may be shared with suppliers involved in fulfilling your request; files are not published as a public catalogue.
Your account & privacy
The service stores account credentials as password hashes, project files, submitted contact and shipping details, messages, quotations and order history. Session cookies keep you signed in. Your browser also stores your language choice and in-progress file selection or draft. No advertising trackers are required for the order workflow.
The hosted service runs on an Alibaba Cloud server in Hong Kong. Access to customer projects is restricted to the owning account and authorised staff. Keep your password private and sign out on shared devices. For access, correction, deletion or account recovery requests, contact tobe@shenzhen2u.com. Order and transaction records may need to be retained for fulfilment and record-keeping; staff will explain any retention needed when responding.
